Responsibilities

The comptroller’s office has the responsibility for fiscal matters of the town, including but not limited to the following: 

  • Budget preparation and reporting
  • Compliance audits
  • Debt administration
  • Financial reporting
  • Fixed assets records
  • Internal controls
  • Investments
  • Payroll
  • Vendor payments
  • Water / sewer bill preparation

The comptroller's office is also responsible for providing financial and budgetary services and preparing water and sewer bills for the town.

No. Water bills are to be brought in or mailed to the Town Clerk's office at: 

2919 Delaware Ave. Room 14
Kenmore, NY 14217

or placed in the drop-box anytime of day (24/7), located on the Delaware Rd. exterior of the building.
