Local author, Dennis M. Adams, will read from his new book, CITY HALL SECRETS, the second book of his Coterie Series crime novels. The series is inspired by his work as an Army Intelligence Analyst, a Detective with the Buffalo NY Police Department, and Private Investigator. Using Buffalo as the basis for the unnamed city his stories take place in, Adams is sure anyone from Western New York will quickly identify with the geography, buildings, and many of the character names.
