The Town of Tonawanda Youth, Parks & Recreation department is excited to announce information about its Kenmore Youth Center Summer Camp for 2018. The camp welcomes children ages 5-11 to participate in swimming, arts and crafts, sports and games, weekly field trips, fun events, special guests, and enrichment projects. Camp takes place 7:30am-6pm Monday-Friday, June 25-August 24 at the Kenmore Community Center, located at 135 Wilber Avenue in Mang Park. The cost is $140 per week for Town of Tonawanda and Village of Kenmore residents, or $240 per week for non-residents. Please note the camp does not offer a per-day/part-time option; only per-week registrations are accepted.

“This camp provides kids with an awesome experience; they can spend their summer playing with their friends, getting exercise, swimming, going on field trips, doing crafts, and learning new things,” said Dan Crangle, Councilman and Chairman of the Youth, Parks and Recreation Committee.

Registration opens February 26 for returning families, March 12 for new families who are Town of Tonawanda or Village of Kenmore residents, and March 26 for new families who are non-residents. You can sign up at the Youth, Parks & Recreation office at 299 Decatur Road (open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm) and online at Space is limited; spots will fill quickly.
